How do I place an order?
We tried to make our ordering process a simple as possible. Please contact us if you run into a glitch, or need extra help. We realize not everyone is super web savvy! Here are the steps to place your order:Can I use a credit card?
* When you've found the item you're interested in buying, scroll down a bit to enter the amount and the personalization for the item. Anything else we may need to know can be put in the "additional text" or "additional info." section.
* Click "add to order" after you've entered your amount and personalization. Your item will be put into a shopping cart.
* If you have a discount code, enter it in the box and then click "apply" (otherwise, leave the space blank).
* If you live locally, and would like to pick your order up, then check the box and then click "apply".
* Click "check out" when you're ready
* Enter your billing information (fill form completely). You can check the box to have your items sent to your billing address. Click "continue".
* If you need to, enter your shipping information.
* Enter your billing information, and then "submit"
* That's it! You will receive an email confirmation...feel free to drop us a line if you have further questions!
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Our web-experts set up a secure site for us and did all the techie-stuff to make it secure. But, if you're old school, and would rather talk to a real person, you can place an order by phone at 630.965.0483.What is your shipping rate?
We offer a flat $4.65 shipping fee...so order up!! Our stationery and invitations are sent via USPS. We'll overnite your order to you if you'd like, for an extra charge (depends on your order size). Just drop us a line, and we can figure out the shipping.Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We will ship outside the U.S. for the same flat rate of $4.65 per order. Crazy, we know, but we love our international customers!How long will it take to get my order?
It usually takes about two weeks to get your order. Need something quickly? Let us know when you'd like to have your goods in the "additional text" section of your order...or send us an email. We'll do whatever we can to help you out! We can even get your order to you in two days.(holidays are a bit nutty at Zuzu's Petals, so it's a little harder to accommodate rush jobs...but we'll give it heck!).Will you do custom work?
Yes! If you can dream it up, we can create an invitation for your event. Whether you are throwing a small party, or are putting on a large corporate event, we'd be glad to help! (we do charge a $20 set-up fee for custom work) Just drop us a line, and let us know what you're looking for!Can I choose the font?
We've taken all the guesswork out for you, and have carefully matched typefaces with invitation/stationery styles. If you'd REALLY prefer something different than we have displayed, simply note it in the "additional text" area of your order, and we'll come up with something else for you! You may also send us an email with your query!I'd like a different colored invitation. Can it be changed?
Absolutely. All of our invitations are custom made. If you don't see the color you like, send us an email, and we can almost always get you the color you have in mind.Can I return my stationery?
We want our customers to be thrilled with their purchases. If you are not happy with your stationery, please let us know and we'll be glad to either exchange your items for something else, or issue a refund.
